IT’S A FAMILY AFFAIR

The Phoenix International Christian Film Festival (PICFF) is a “family affair” where Christian producers, directors, actors, actresses, animators, program hosts, distributors, ministries, and believers from every stream gather together to bless the creation of God-inspired media that will transform nations. Entertainment films, academic films, inspirational films and segments, television programs, advertisements, comedies, music videos, scripts and many other genres of media are both welcome and celebrated. PICFF will create an atmosphere of invitation for MORE!

NOT ALWAYS A PREACH

There is nothing wrong with a good Christian “preach” through film or television programs, and we definitely need to call for more inspired media that proclaims the Scripture and the clear gospel message. What the Lord is doing in this hour, however, is not limited to the preaching of His Word but is calling for the opening of His heart to the nations that often will not even make mention of His name or the Scriptures. Still, the source is definitely Christ.

This heaven-inspired media will go deep into the lives of the masses. The Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Christ will enter those who watch the media and as a result they will be awakened to search for the source of what powerfully touched them. This media will be full of Kingdom values, creativity, joy, truth, and redemption. This media will explode as an instrument of awakening and revival for the nations.

DISTRIBUTION

PICFF is committed to serving filmmakers and producers of media by seeking the Lord for, and implementing effective means for, distribution and exposure opportunities that will benefit the creators of this inspired media.

LIGHT, SOUND, IMAGINATION

Light – Let there be light! The world is full of darkness and chaos, Jesus is the Light. Media is about light… or let’s say, Media is about Light! In Genesis 1, in the midst of darkness and chaos, the Spirit of God was brooding, and then God said, “Let there be light!” It is time for God’s media army to arise and shine, because our LIGHT has come (Isaiah 60:1).

Sound – There is a sound in the earth. It is the sound of an emerging media army of creative, radical, righteous, believers. The sound is God’s heartbeat. The sound is a voice for justice and righteousness. The sound is the sound of heaven’s joy and ecstasy. Media is about sound.

Imagination – The paintbrush of God’s vision, voice, and heartbeat is working on the canvas of the imaginations of His people. There is a big-time creation invasion coming to the body of Christ. Media is about imagination.
